Zeb the Z-Bang Z-bot Hello fellow Z-Bangers. Welcome to your own little place on the web. Here you will find some extra resources to help get you through the workday a little easier. On this site you'll find screenshots of some common tasks that we walk the customers through on a daily basis. Also here is the Z-Bang Call Notes Time Saver, which is basically a cheat sheet of many of the tedious and repetitious steps that we tell the customers throughout the day. So instead of typing the same things over and over into your notes, just copy the steps from the page & paste them into Vantive, then edit it to fit. There are also many links and common KBAs that you may use over and over. You will even find some links to sites that might come in handy while trying to troubleshoot various problems as well as some tests to keep your basic knowledge fine tuned. Hopefully you will find this site useful, so click the menu to the left and try it out.
